Google indexing: when fast crawling is at his best!
I've just publiched a link directory over my web site and i noted a beautiful thing!
My web directory has been indexed in a while! This is beacuse i had care to set up my scanning frequence to high in the google webmaster's tools panel. For this reason i'm writing this post, to encourage you to use these beautiful instruments, give us free! Webmaster tools is a collection of powerful and useful tools which allows any webmaster to perform a first and detailed seo analisys of his efforts.
First of all you have to get a google account, loggin in, registering the service with that gmail account, and then add you web sites, taking care of putting the script on your webpages you want to monitor. In this way google can look up for all the information nedded to provide you a screening of search engines factors: search, keywords, sitemaps, content of your site, keyword rates, content optimization, content duplication, and http errors of variuos kind. With these tools i have positively increased my website ranking, for now, from zero to PR3, infact i noticed where my keywords were not strong, where my contents lacked of something, my inbound links where not enough. Among these instruments and values there is a section aimed to set up some parameters of the website concerning google indexing: this section includes sitemap, crawling frequency, preferred domain, http errors and warnings, preferred language and geotargetization. As you can see a set of powerful instruments is given to you to achieve your best search engine optimization! |
