In this article i will show you some aspects of internet web marketing aslo know as SEO, Search engine optimization. First of all, i'm a SEO worker from 2 years and i got a certification, SEOCertification. I lerned some informations and developed them on the web.
I will talk about these aspects and the way they change things for our web site we are going to optimize. Optimizing for search engines means putting some thing to make the search engines evaluate positively the informations contained in the site. For this reason is really important writing original and genuine content for descriptions, for example, in our products and business profile.
These description will be read by users and we must not forget this! Both human and search engine should be happy to read our description.
In order to accomplish this goal, we have to give value to our keywords. The first step is writing an article, then tuning it with the right keywords and keyphrases, and at the end appling some html tags like headings and bold to strong our keywords. Another fundamental aspect is the link building campaing: a web site is known not only for its content, but we have to consider the "word-of-mouth" aspect: on the web world a link is a word of mouth.
For this reason we have to collect the best words of mouth from our neightborought, like as we have to collect some optimized links from good web sites.
We should create, then, some text links with our most relevant keywords and spread it on the web, like as web directorys and other web sites, community and forums.
Beying an active member on communities and putting the link in the profile's signature is an example to spread links for the site.
Having some webmasters for friends is a good policy for getting good quality links. Discovering the web you can promote your website on social bookmarking, like putting some article about news of your website or special offerings on your products.
Like as publishing videos and images over the web is another form of optimization: putting some videos on youtube is a good choice, just not a real link to your web site, but a rimender for watchers who will be interested on visiting your site. The most important thing is to be a fairy omptimizer: being unfairy with customers and other webmaster and, above all, with search engine make our site disappear from the web, then the site is dead. Having a web site is the first step to create a business online, optimize it on the web is the second, third... ninenth and tenth step! |
